By accessing or using Formae ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Formae is a SaaS platform that enables fitness coaches to manage their coaching business, including client management, check-ins, progress tracking, and package management. Coaches pay a monthly subscription to access the platform. Athletes access the platform via invitation from their coach.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Coach subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Formae a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
