Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Formae offers subscription-based access for fitness coaches. If you purchase a subscription through Paddle, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

After the 14-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once processed. However, refunds may be considered in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, applicable law, or exceptional circumstances outlined below.

3. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error.
  • Duplicate payments were made.
  • The Platform experienced significant technical issues that materially prevented use of the service.
  • Applicable consumer protection law requires a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@formaehq.com within 14 days of the charge where applicable. Please include your account email address, transaction details, and a description of the issue.

We aim to review refund requests and respond within 5 business days. Where payments are processed by Paddle, approved refunds may be issued through Paddle.

5. Athlete Payments

Payments made by athletes to coaches for coaching services or packages are handled externally and are not processed by Formae. Refund requests related to coaching services must be directed to the relevant coach.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
